History of Eagles Rise: After working in Africa with orphans, needy families and vulnerable children, in 2010 Peter and Judy came home with a vision to make their beautiful, bushland property at Sisters Beach into a peaceful retreat where they could offer affordable accommodation, not only to those who are travelling and on holiday, but also to those in need of time out eg. singles, couples or families with special needs, small group retreats (up to 20 people), overseas missionaries on home leave, those recovering from illness etc. Reduced rates are offered to those with special needs and part of the income from Eagles Rise is sent back to Africa to support vulnerable children.
